Onion
Early Golden onion is great for fresh consumption and short-term storage (3-4 months). The leaves are medium length, green, with a layer of wax. The onions are rounded, medium-sized, weighing 130-170 g, golden-yellow color external, inside white, crunchy, juicy, slightly pungent taste. Early varieties of onions grown in Moldova are: Khalifa, Antelope, Candy, and more. The Onion is resistant to handling and transport.
