Dunav

It is a kind of Bulgarian origin, created by crossing the varieties Rubi mexur, Balcan and Cardinal. Synonym of variety is Dunov. The grapes are large and very large, weighing 700-800 g, some around 1500 gr, cilindro-conical in shape, medium. Seeds are large, with an average weight of 8-10 g, elongated-oval, dark red-purple to violet, with the average thickness, hanged with crispy and meaty taste. The sugar grains achieves 160-180 gr/dm³, 5-6 acidity at a gr/dm³. It is very resistant to storage and transportation.
