Mutsu (Crispin)
Еhis variety was created at the Experiment Station Aomori in Japan. Apple is large or very large size and has a tapered cylindrical to globular. The peel hard, rough, dull, green-yellow or greenish-yellow on the sunny side often covered with slight red blush.
The flesh is yellowish-white color is consistent, fine, juicy, crisp and slightly acid.The recommended harvest period is the interval between late September and early October. The fruit can be kept between 160-210 days, depending on chillers. Fruits are appreciated, especially for fresh consumption.
