Pinova (Corail, Pinata, Sonata)

This variety was created at the Institute of Fruit Growing Selection Dresda- Pilnitţ in Germany. The fruit is medium-sized and has a spherical shape, slightly conical and elongated. The peel is smooth, greenish-yellow, covered with orange red, ribbed cast, more than half the surface of the fruit. Apple flesh is fine, juicy, crisp, slightly acid yellow and creamy.
Perioapa favorable harvest is between 20 to 30 September. The fruit can be kept at 100 to 140 days, depending on the type frigoriferelor. Also, this variety is appreciated for both fresh consumption and for its use in industry.
