Rubinstar
The variety was found in Germany and is characterized by the conical shape, size large, slightly rough peel, yellow-green, covered with red thumb almost the entire apple. The flesh is white to cream or pale yellow, fine, juicy, crisp, sweet and slightly acidic.
It is recommended harvesting from late September to early October. In chillers this variety can be kept between 160-200 days, depending on their type. Apple is appreciated for both fresh consumption and for industrial use.
