This variety has been found in France and is distinguished by medium-sized and slightly elongated spherical form. The fruit has a skin firm, smooth, slightly greasy and green. Apple pulp is hard, crisp, juicy, greenish-white to cream-green and tastes sour.Recommended period for harvesting is early October. The fruit may be stored, according to the refrigeration rooms, from 200 to over 240 days. Variety is appreciated, especially for fresh consumption.
