Souvenir (Pamiati Negrulea)

Variety of Moldovan origin, created at the National Institute of Vineyard and Wine, by crossing the varieties of black and Datie Issac Sent-Vallie. Grape size is medium or large (350-450 g), cilindro-conical, semilax. The grain is high or middle (5-6 g) elongated ovoid, dark red color with violet shades covered with underperforming-bloom. The pulp is consistent with specific taste and seeds . The peel is thick and crispy. It is very resistant to storage and transportation.
