Characteristics

Pulp, at harvest time is green, hard, crisp, juicy, sweet taste and preservation after the white-yellowish, fine, sweet, slightly acidic.Favorable harvest period is between late September and early October. The fruit can be kept between 180-220 days and are rated for fresh consumption.
